QR Menus for Hotels and Boutique Hotels

Hotel QR menus for breakfast, dining and the lobby

Give guests a clear menu for each service area. Start with categories in one menu, or use separate published menus when your plan allows them.

Menu and language allowances follow your plan. Check the current catalog before preparing separate menus.

Separate the service areas clearly

Breakfast, the restaurant and lobby drinks can be categories within one menu. For separate public links, create separate menus and check the active-menu allowance first. One free menu allowance does not become several free menus because a hotel has several outlets.

A practical setup for a boutique hotel

With a small team, a compact breakfast category and a short evening selection can share one menu. Assign an owner to check prices and translations before publication. A QR in the room displays the menu; it does not send a room-service order or charge a room account.

Pool and beach club menus

Label pool and beach selections so guests know where products are served. If these areas need independent menus, use the plan’s available menu capacity and check each QR link separately. Do not imply table routing, service requests or payment through the demo.

Welcome guests in supported menu languages

The language used by staff in the dashboard is separate from the menu languages included in the plan. Review translated product names, portions and prices before publishing. Changing the interface language does not grant more menu languages or convert product prices.

A few useful answers

Frequently asked questions

Can each area have its own QR?

Yes, separate published menus can have their own QR links, within your active-menu allowance. Categories are an alternative when you want one shared menu.

Is the room QR a room-service ordering system?

No. It opens the published menu. Orders and room charges stay in your existing service process.

What happens when a price changes?

Edit the price, publish the change and open the existing QR link to verify it. Preserve the original QR redirect when reprinting signage.

Can foreign guests choose a language?

They can select languages you have prepared and published within your plan’s allowance. Review the content before making it available.
